Hey friend,

Today’s show reminded me that sometimes the miracle is simply realizing…

You are not carrying this alone.

Here are a few moments from today that really stayed with me.

❤️ The Dad Who Thought He Was Alone

Mark lost his wife to cancer.

Now he was trying to raise two children with special needs while working overnight shifts as a school custodian.

A mom at the therapy clinic overheard part of his story.

She barely knew him.

But she made one Facebook post asking people to help.

And suddenly…

Money.
Food.
Toys.
Clothes.
Support.

An entire room filled wall-to-wall with gifts for this grieving family.

That’s what happens when people decide to show up for each other.

🌹 The “Cabin of Roses”

One airline pilot started handing roses to every woman and girl boarding his flight on Mother’s Day.

People loved it so much…
he’s continued doing it every year for over a decade.

Now passengers call it:
“The Cabin of Roses.”

It’s such a simple reminder:
small kindness matters.

🌊 Jesus Still Calms Storms

The disciples panicked during a storm while Jesus slept in the boat.

Honestly…
I would’ve panicked too.

But Jesus stood up and simply said:
“Be still.”

And the storm calmed.

Maybe your storm hasn’t disappeared yet.
But Jesus can still give you peace in the middle of it.

😭 Crying Isn’t Weakness

One thing from today really stood out:

Crying is actually part of healing.

Sometimes we hold everything in trying to stay “strong.”

But even your body was designed to release stress through tears.

Maybe you don’t need to hide that emotion anymore.

🙏 Forgive Yourself Too

A listener shared how after becoming a Christian, they still struggled with guilt from their past.

Until finally they felt God say:

“Either you believe you’re forgiven… or you believe I’m lying.”

That’s powerful.

Because a lot of us are better at accepting God’s forgiveness for others…
than accepting it for ourselves.

📱 Distraction Is Stealing More Than Time

On average, people get distracted every three minutes.

No wonder it’s hard to focus.
Hard to pray.
Hard to be present.

One practical tip:
write your focus on a sticky note and keep bringing your eyes back to it.

Simple.
But helpful.

🙌 Final Thought

Maybe today you don’t need all the answers.

Maybe today you simply need to remember:
God still sees you.
People still care.
And you are not carrying this alone.
