Today's show reminded me that small acts of kindness often have bigger consequences than we'll ever know.

And sometimes God is doing far more behind the scenes than we realize.

Here are a few moments that really stayed with me.

✈️ The $100 Gift

Back in 1999, Tracy noticed two frightened teenage girls on an airplane.

They had escaped a war-torn country.

They had almost nothing.

As they left the plane, Tracy handed them an envelope.

Inside was a welcome note and a $100 bill.

Then they went their separate ways.

Twenty years later, the girls found Tracy.

One had become an anesthesiologist.

The other worked helping young people find jobs.

Tracy said something beautiful:

"Kindness is free."

And she's right.

❤️ Your Job Is Bigger Than Your Job

A mechanic once described his job as fixing cars.

But after thinking about it, he changed his answer.

He said:

"I help people reach their destinations."

Same job.

Different perspective.

Maybe the question isn't:

"What do I do?"

Maybe it's:

"Who do I serve?"

😨 You Can Be Scared And Brave

Fear doesn't mean you've failed.

God compares us to sheep in Scripture.

Sheep are naturally afraid.

But being afraid and being brave are not opposites.

You can be both at the same time.

Because courage isn't the absence of fear.

It's trusting God while you're afraid.

🧠 Decision Fatigue Is Real

Sometimes life feels overwhelming simply because you're making too many decisions.

One reminder from today's show:

It's okay to be imperfect.

It's okay if life feels hard right now.

Give yourself grace.

🙏 Discovering God's Calling

One pastor shared that God's first calling isn't what you do.

It's who you become.

God's goal is to shape you to look more like Jesus.

Then, little by little, He reveals where He wants you to serve.

You're probably closer to your calling than you think.

💪 Growth Usually Hurts

When muscles grow, they first tear.

Then they rebuild stronger.

Faith often works the same way.

The stretching hurts.

But God uses the process to shape you.

🙌 Final Thought

You are not a victim.

You are not alone.

And whatever you're afraid of today…

God is with you.

You can be scared.

And brave.

At the same time.
