He Never Forgot
Hey friend,
Today's show reminded me that love has a way of lasting.
Even when memories fade.
Even when life changes.
Even when words become difficult.
Here are a few moments that really stayed with me.
💛 The Post-It Note
Sarah watched Alzheimer's slowly take away her dad's ability to communicate.
It was heartbreaking.
Then one day she and her mom found a yellow Post-it note he had written before the disease progressed.
It said:
"I forget a lot of things, but I never forget how wonderful you are."
That one got me.
Because sometimes love leaves fingerprints that even Alzheimer's can't erase.
😂 Kids Really Are Hilarious
One listener shared how her son saw her mustache coming in and proudly announced:
"Mom, you're growing one too!"
Another little boy thought kidneys were "kids knees."
And honestly, God made kids funny because parents need the laughs.
🕊️ Peace Is a Choice
Big decisions can feel overwhelming.
A new job.
A move.
A relationship.
A change in direction.
But Scripture says:
"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts."
Peace doesn't mean you'll know every answer.
It means you trust the One who does.

🚗 My First Job Taught Me Something
My first summer job was drying cars at a car wash.
One hot day I rushed through the work.
That's when the boss showed up and pointed out every spot I missed.
I learned something that day:
Do the right thing the first time.
Even when it takes longer.
Even when nobody is watching.
Integrity is always worth it.
🙏 A Five-Second Prayer
Sometimes we overcomplicate prayer.
Here's one simple prayer from today's show:
"God, help me do good."
That's it.
Because Ephesians says God has already prepared good works for you.
You don't have to manufacture purpose.
You simply walk into what He's already prepared.
❤️ Ask Better Questions
Instead of asking kids:
"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
One career counselor suggests asking:
"What problems do you want to solve?"
I love that.
Because purpose isn't just about a job.
It's about helping people.

Maybe today you don't need all the answers.
Maybe you just need peace.
And maybe you need the reminder that God's love—and the love of the people around you—runs deeper than memory.
