Today's show reminded me that God often prepares you long before you ever realize why.
Here are a few moments that really stayed with me.
🌊 The Rescue Nobody Expected
Three teenagers were trapped inside a sinking car.
A police officer swam out to save them.
But soon the officer was struggling too.
That's when 16-year-old Corey heard the cries.
He had been swimming since he was three years old.
He kicked off his shoes.
Dropped his phone.
Jumped into the water.
Four separate times.
He rescued the police officer and all three girls.
The skill he'd practiced for years became someone else's miracle.
You never know how God is preparing you today for the person you'll help tomorrow.
💼 Your Job Isn't Your Calling
So many of us tie our identity to what we do.
Lose the job...
And it feels like you've lost yourself.
But here's the truth.
You can lose your job.
You cannot lose God's calling on your life.
Your purpose is far bigger than your paycheck.
❤️ Forgiveness Before Justice
McKenna's car was broken into.
One keepsake from her grandmother was gone.
As we prayed together, she said something I won't forget.
"I've already forgiven the person who did it."
That's not weakness.
That's freedom.
Forgiveness releases your heart before your circumstances ever change.
⏱️ Beat Procrastination in 60 Seconds
Your brain isn't lazy.
It's trying to avoid what feels difficult.
So don't tell yourself to finish the whole project.
Tell yourself you'll work on it for just 60 seconds.
Once you begin...
Momentum usually takes over.
Sometimes the hardest part is simply starting.
🐑 Goodness Is Following You
Psalm 23 ends with one of my favorite promises in the Bible.
"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life."
Life won't always be easy.
But God's goodness won't stop chasing you.
Even in the valleys.
Especially in the valleys.
🙌 Surrender Is Freedom
Actor Rafael Rivero shared that he spent years trying to find his worth in other people.
Eventually the weight became too heavy.
Only when he surrendered everything to God did he experience real freedom.
Maybe you've been carrying something God never asked you to carry alone.

You don't have to know every step.
You only need enough faith to take the next one.
Because your Shepherd already knows the path.
And wherever He leads...
His goodness and mercy are already waiting for you there.
